*Some large and/or heavy items are subject to additional oversize charges that are separate from standard shipping costs. Overweight & Oversized Items may include Bicycles, Frames, Wheels,  other large packaged items.

Applies to ground shipping on orders delivered to a home or commercial address in the lower 48 states and does not apply to next-day, second-day air or expedited shipping orders. Overweight item surcharges do apply to items shipped via ground shipping. Hazardous items require upgraded shipping.  Coupons cannot be applied to the shipping amount charged. The cost of delivery depends on the size, weight and value of your order. To find the exact cost of shipping for your order, simply add the items you want to your basket, and the shipping cost will automatically update in your basket.

When will my order be dispatched?

Standard shipping takes 1-4 business days. To take advantage of even quicker delivery, please opt for our Priority Tracked Express service.

Some deliveries may take slightly longer due to these reasons:

-Bikes take a little bit longer as we want to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition, and so our staff will take the time to inspect them before delivery.
-Custom wheel builds will be dispatched as soon as they are built and inspected.
-The availability of your ordered item(s) may have changed from when you purchased – if this is the case we will email you to help you find an alternative.
-Severe Weather disruption
