Shipping

Ground & Expedited Shipping

For the continental US; via FedEx, UPS or US Mail, allow 1 to 10 business days.

Shipping is only within the United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Canada)

Overweight item surcharges still apply*. This offer may be changed at any time.

*Overweight & Oversized Items may include Bicycles, Frames, Wheels,  other large packaged items.

 

Free Shipping

Allow 1 to 10 business days to receive purchased Item(s)

No coupon is needed to receive free shipping on orders over $50.
Product total must be over $50 after any discounts or promotions are used, and before any tax or shipping surcharges are applied to qualify for free shipping. Free shipping applies to ground shipping in the United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Canada) and does not apply to next-day, second-day, air or expedited shipping orders.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to customers within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Refused Shipping

A refused shipment occurs when the customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Customers who refuse delivery will be assessed a fee to cover the return shipping charge. This fee will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer.

In-Store Pick Up is available.
Free assembly for Complete Bikes.
For security purposes, during pick up, we require a valid photo I.D. to match the receipt.

Returns

If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original condition (unused, undamaged and in original packaging ) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, less shipping costs. California Bike and Snowboard reserves the right to determine if an exchange, a full refund, or a partial refund applies. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

*All items marked 'Sale' and/or 'Clearance' are sold as-is and non-refundable.*

The buyer is required to pay for return shipping charges.

Take extra precaution when repackaging. A professional packer is advised for larger packages such as complete bikes, frames, wheels —any product that is considered overweight/oversized. Otherwise, damage will likely occur while in transit, which will result in either a restock fee or refusal of the return.

Include a Packing Slip with the return.

Upon receiving your return, a thorough inspection will be done. Once a refund is issued, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement.


Warranty

(For original owner only)

All bikes purchased through California Bike and Snowboard must be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is not built by a certified bike shop mechanic, any warranty will be VOID. We request for an Bike Build Assembly receipt as proof of professional installation.

  1. Order Number (We will confirm date of purchase and determine if the item is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty)
  2. Brief description of the claim
  3. Photographs of Bike
  4. If the item is a bike or frame, include the serial number

We evaluate all warranties case-by-case to determine the best course of action and get you serviced to the best of our ability!

Warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Any part of a product that has been installed, altered, repaired, or misused
  • Damage from unintended style of riding, abuse, neglect, accident, and racing
  • Normal wear and tear of any product (including but not limited to - saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains)
  • Failure to provide regular maintenance of any product

Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover parts purchased and labor performed by another bike shop.
