The Bolinas Ridge 2 comes with some key upgrades over the Bolinas 1. You get hydraulic, rather than mechanical disc brakes which are more powerful and require less adjustment and maintenance. You also gat an upgraded SR/Suntour suspension fork, better quality gears and reliable and grippy off-road tyres all of which are ideal to break out on the trails and push your own boundaries.
